Acworth All Stars Fund Raiser Photo ShootPlease download this document and fill it out completely for each child taking a photo. Bring the completed form to the photo shoot with your full payment. We will be accepting cash or checks made out to Michael Stowers. We are in the process of having the ability of accepting Credit Cards at the location, however, we can not guarantee this option will be available till the day of the photo shoot.
